Grants Elevate Santa Fe

This time of year we take a moment to recognize the impact of grants on our campus and say thank you to the dedicated professionals in the Office for Development who work year-round to secure outside funding for Santa Fe College and it’s students.

The goal of the grants department is to provide external public funding opportunities in support of identified college needs through federal, state, private and local grants. The external funding obtained through grants and projects supports curriculum and course development, acquisition of equipment, faculty development, cultural programs, student financial aid and student support services. Does that sound like a big job? It is! The Grants team collaborates with faculty and staff across campus to keep a multitude of projects moving forward.

For example, check out the “Opening Doors to Asia” grant here.
