History of the Foundation

From 1969 until today, the Foundation has been working hard to provide funds to support the students at Santa Fe College. Here are some of the high points in the Foundation’s history.

The Santa Fe College Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation established in April 1969 under Florida law and is a direct support organization of Santa Fe College, Gainesville, Florida. Donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible within the IRS guidelines. Funds of the Foundation are distributed, per the donor’s intention, to benefit the students and advance the College.
